When a motorcycle is involved in a crash, however minor, the front forks can
be easily bent. If the forks are bent there is a possibility that the yokes can
be twisted as well. Most standard forks can be straightened, but if fitted into
bent yokes sticktion can occur and this can increase the wear inside the
forks. The Yokechek Tool checks the yokes  for twist as pictured. It has a fixed edge and also one that pivots and is fitted with a dial gauge to read how far the yokes are out of true.
