Upgrade your front suspension without the premium price tag. The Maxton front fork cartridge modification is a highly cost-effective alternative to a full cartridge replacement, delivering a big performance increase over your motorcycle's standard, factory setup.

Instead of discarding your original fork internals, our engineers strip down your standard internal cartridges and replace the critical components with high performance Maxton suspension components, including precision made pistons, shims, needle valves, and springs.

Every Maxton suspension upgrade is built entirely to order. We don't believe in "one size fits all." We custom-valve, spring, and base-set your forks specifically for:

• Your exact rider weight
• Your specific motorcycle model
• Your unique riding style (whether it's daily commuting, spirited road riding, or track days)

Comprehensive Fork Refurbishment
This upgrade includes a thorough, top-to-bottom service of your fork sliders to guarantee smooth and reliable operation. Our comprehensive process involves:

• Full Strip-Down: Splitting the top and bottom sliders for a deep clean and inspection.
• Wear Analysis: Checking internal sliders, guide bushes, and slide bushes for wear, and inspecting dust seals for corrosion.
• Component Polishing: Polishing the chrome tubes to remove high spots and eliminate friction.
• Fresh Rebuild: Reassembling the forks with brand-new high-quality seals, fresh race-grade oil, and your newly modified Maxton internals.

Important Compatibility Note

While we can modify a vast range of standard suspension systems, it is not always possible. Some factory damping systems are sealed or tamperproof (pressed/swaged together) and cannot be stripped down, while others feature internal designs that cannot achieve the high-quality damping characteristics Maxton demands. If your original forks cannot be modified, we will recommend upgrading to a full Maxton Replacement Cartridge Kit instead.
