Upgrade your classic or smaller-diameter motorcycle forks with the SD20 fork cartridges, a modern Separate Damping System specifically tailored for lighter and older machines.

The SD20 cartridges feature rebound damping adjustment in the right hand fork cap, and compression damping adjustment in the left hand fork cap. Preload is adjusted under the fork cap, via a lock nut and knurled wheel.
The rebound and compression damping adjusters on the F1 tops have been hidden under screws. This is to give the fork tops a more ‘classic’ look, The F1 tops also then comply with classic racing regulation.

• Separate Damping System (SDS): Isolates all rebound damping in the right leg and all compression damping in the left leg. This split layout speeds up oil flow through fewer orifices, delivering vastly superior response when the fork transitions between compression and rebound.
• F1 Tops (Hidden Damping / Classic Racing): Features hidden damping adjusters tucked beneath an M6 Tapered Allen Screw (adjusted via a 3mm Allen key). Specifically designed for classic racing classes where external adjustments are restricted, keeping your bike legally compliant while retaining full tunability.
• Top-Accessible Adjusters: Both legs feature precise, click-adjustable damping in each fork cap. Each has a 20 click range, providing intuitive and accurate tuning.
• Internal Preload Adjustment: Designed for smaller-diameter forks where external adjusters won't fit. A clever knurled wheel sits directly on top of the spring beneath the chrome tube, allowing you to easily adjust preload by loosening a lock nut without removing the fork top entirely.
• Low-Friction Action: Hard-chromed and polished damper rods create an ultra-smooth finish to maximize low-speed action and improve mid-corner feel.
• Custom Silicon Chrome Springs: Springs are integrated into both legs, custom-selected to match your bike and individual rider weight.
• Billet Alloy Construction: CNC-machined from robust 6082 T6 and 7075 T6 alloys, then hard-anodized for maximum wear resistance and longevity.
